What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to Newhaven, Brighton, Hove, Lewes, Plumpton, Eastbourne, Seaford, Peacehaven, Saltdean, Cooksbridge, East Dean, West Dean, Friston, Jevington and the surrounding areas.

If it's in Sussex we can get there!

How can I book an Inflatable?

The preferred method of booking is through our website. Please leave as much information as possible in the "Additional Information" section.

What is included in the price?

The price includes the use of the inflatable for the day. Our drop off and collection times vary depending on the time of year.

We normally start delivering between 7.30am and 11am. Collections are between 5pm and 8pm, however these times will change when the night draw in.

We will set the inflatable(s) up, ensure they are safe and then pack them away at the end of the day.

We will provide extension leads to power the inflatable(s)

How soon should I make a booking?

As soon as possible to avoid disappointment, bookings can often be made up to a year in advance.

What are your operating hours and can you put a Castle up on a Weekend or Bank Holiday?

Our office is open 8am - 8pm, we deliver on Weekends and Bank Holidays.

How much space does the Castle require?

Roughly, the space needed is 15ft x 17ft for our 11ft x 15ft Castles.

What do I need to provide?

We will need access to a 3 pin socket to plug the blower in.

Access:

Please ensure there is clear route to where you would like the inflatable. Making sure there are no bins, bicycles, toys etc in the pathway and all gates are unlocked and open. Having to make a clear route adds time to the day and delays us getting to other bookings.

Do you have insurance?

Yes we have full public liability insurance for £5million

What are your Terms and Conditions?

Our Terms and Conditions are provided on confirmation of booking. A paper copy will also be need to be signed when the Castle is delivered. A copy of the terms can be found here

What if it rains?

Our Castles have a shower proof cover, so are fine in light showers.

Can the Castle be set up on a slope?

We recommend a flat surface for all Castles.

How long does it take to set up and take down?

Roughly 15 mins to set up and 20 mins to take down and pack up.

What are the Health and Safety aspects?
